These sessions provide an opportunity to deepen understanding and experience in the integration of physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual well being. Enhance awareness, relaxation, vitality, posture, flexibility, balance, confidence, and enjoyment.

Regardless of one’s age or condition of health, it is possible to realize an intrinsic aliveness and wholeness. Working with fundamental principles of awareness, being grounded, centered, balanced and relaxed, it is a joyful experience to inhabit the body/mind as it is and realize its ever present radiance. In this way, each person uniquely awakens true nature and comes home to abide in one’s own innate authenticity.

Release chronically restricted areas of the body while learning gentle postures, breath work and meditation. Working with the body/mind in this way provides the opportunity to participate actively with one’s own health and well-being. No previous experience necessary.
