This live 60-minute 2-part tele-class series is designed for:
- Prenatal Yoga Teachers
- Expectant moms and dads
- Childbirth educators, doulas, midwives
Using powerful principles of mindfulness, relaxation, breath work and yoga postures:
- Be inspired and inspiring while increasing the joy of giving birth
- Learn the fundamentals to skillfully support the birthing woman

Tele-class Description
This live 60-minute tele-class session is designed for:
- Yoga teachers, body workers, therapists
- Those living with chronic painful conditions - regardless of age or condition of health
When pain is felt, the body is calling for attention. In this tele-class we will explore how to shift reflexive reactions of fear; aversion; avoidance and tension to understand how to better care for the body and mind. By accessing internal resources and releasing stress, optimal conditions are created to support physical and emotional needs. Respecting and honouring the self in this way, the capacity to cope with and manage discomfort and pain is enhanced.
Using the powerful tools of mindfulness, relaxation, breath work, imagery and posture we will explore:
- Accessible techniques to actively participate in ones own healing
- Using the body, mind and breath to learn to cope with fear, anxiety, panic, sleep disturbance
- Reducing and releasing stress
- Increasing awareness, comfort and enjoyment
